Cooking has been a passion of mine from as far back as I can remember. It started as a little boy growing up in a large Jamaican familywhere food was a focal point of most discussions in my house; most times the only discussion. My fascination with cooking continued to grow through the years asI first watched and then participated in preparing meals alongside my parents and grandparents. I was always fascinated with their creative uses of ingredients and spices that would come together to create some my favorite Jamaican and American dishes.
